The phone has a lot of wonderful features that i love. It has a voice recorder which i use to record my own ringtones. It is easy to use, sturdy and the battery lasts a while for me. The problem is, the phone freezes up and stops working for no apparent reason. I have had 4 of these phones. The first 2 were destroyed by my own stupidity, however when they worked i had problems with the phones. The phone would freeze up, have trouble being turned on to the point where i would have to take th battery out and put it back in and would do random strange things.

My third phone froze up a few times and then one day the inside went white, the outside was blue and it was a paperweight. I was sent my third phone and fro 3 months I had no problem with it. However, one day last week I took it out of my pocket, flipped it open and it froze. I tried everything to et it to work but it too is now a paperweight. I am waiting for my 5th phone to be sent to me and hoping i have better luck with this one.
