Sony Handycam By mommyriggs on - Updated Sep 18, 2011

My husband bought this Sony handycam with the thought of camera time with our impeding addition to our family. I was about 8 months pregnant when he purchased this and right away i was able to operate it. It has a fabulous touch screen so no need to shuffle from menu to menu. It is so wonderful, i was able to videotape my daughter moving in my belly and the audio sounded exceptional. It has easy buttons to navigate zoom, back light, battery info, and lets you easily view what you have recorded. The tapes hold about 90 min of video time. It comes with a charger outlet. The only small issues i have is it did not come with a case and if you plan on taking it for a trip or long even make sure it its fully charged. I love this item, i am very much electronic incapable and like i said it is extremely easy to figure out. The price is great too. You really get alot out of this product for the price and the quality picture is perfect. It is great for families that are on a budget but want something that will last.

Sounds like a good medium-level recorder.
