We bought this two (2) years ago as a Christmas gift for the kids. Wife and I thought that the kids will enjoy weekends if they have it in the house. The Sony Playstation 2 (PS2) will give them fun and at the same time serves as a reward if they do good something at home or in their school stuff. Sometimes kids need to be promised with something they really love to do for them to follow. The package consists of additional twenty (20) games aside from the free five (5) games. We let the kids choose the games anyway they will be the one to deal with it.

Upon arriving home, I connected the console on the TV so that the family can enjoy it immediately on our first weekend playing video games. I like the graphics of the video games as well as the sound. The kids enjoy playing it in the wide screen. As compared to the little handheld consoles, I preferred this one for health reason. You know, it is kind of hard to stop kids from playing and if they gonna play with little screen they might get in trouble with their eyes. Big picture the better for me.

Although unlike other consoles, the games come in CD format but I guess the total 35 games will take a long time to be fed up with.
