Sony Playstation 3

Sony's newest edition to the gaming world, Playstation 3 gives it's users an intense gameplay, with its high definition games, and HD sound the quality of the graphics and sound are incredible. The game selection for the time being is fairly limited because it has only been out for a couple months so far. The size of the machine is slightly larger than Sony's Playstation 2 making it fairly large but it is a very beautiful looking console. It is black with many different lights on it and it has a glossy finish with silver letters spelling Playstation 3.

The controllers use bluetooth to connect wirelessly, and it is capable of having up to 7 connected at one time. The controllers battery lasts up to 30 hours of continuous play, and they great thing is when it is dead you plug it into the USB 2.0 port on the console and while it is charging you can continue playing.

The console has many features, it can play dvd's blu-ray disks, cd's. you can browse the web with its web browser, it has built in wireless internet so you don't have to mess with ethernet cables, and it comes with a SATA 2.5" hard drive whichcan be used to store photos, video, music and your downloads. Also the harddrive can be easily swapped with another 2.5" SATA harddrive for easy expandability.

The only thing I don't like about it is Sony send it with only a composite video cable, no HD cable included, so for the full experience expect to spend another 30-70 dollars. Overall it is a great console.
