Sony Psp By Minion By Minion on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

i've had one since the original US release. it's a reliable mp3 player, an image viewer, and a video viewer all rolled up into one. it has no hard drive, and needs SD memory cards 'memory sticks' to hold the files you play back. it was pricey to have alot of space back when i got it, but flash memory prices weren't as low as they are now at the time of the launch. i'd say it's worth a buy now.

i havn't kept up much with the new games, having not touched mine in awile. the game selection was mostly sub-par though. i don't see any tv ads for psp games anymore, so i assume theres not a huge market for psp games right now.

it's the other features that really sold me on the device. web browsing was a huge plus. as well.

good gadget for your kid.
