Sony VGN NR220E

This cheap little laptop cost me $300 dollars and it has been running for 3 years now and that is worth my money.This laptop has never givin me problems.This sony laptop boasts a 150 GB hdd with a 1.6 gHz pentium dual core processer.This laptop comes with 1GB of ram which is extendable to 2GB.Comes with windows vista and is published on the DLNA network.It may be a plastic built laptop but this laptop is very durable.This laptop didnt come with install disks but is fine if you keep it maintained.

The optical drive will write dual layer dvds and wireless network card built in.The screen is crisp and vivid in colors.

Cons:

The cd drive is on the left of the laptop and all the inputs are on the right including, 4 USB ports, a display card, a headphone jack and a microphone jack, cat5e input, modem and an express card 34 slot which is a little outdated.

Overall:

This laptop is not ment for hardcore gaming and power use but its good for those simple tasks that need doing on a day to day basis like email, solitare and other simple tasks.
