My husband owns this phone and he LOVES it. i have used around with his phone a numerous occasions. The features on this phone are great. the feature that i like the most is the buit in music player. it is actually called the walkman player. it is great because it acts as a type of music player when you are bored and have nothing to listen to. the quality of the music is good. The one thing that i think sony could have made better was the quality of the pictures from the built in camera it has. The quality on the phone screen is great but when you email to someone to try to see it the quality is very poor. you would not be able to print it out is you wanted. i have seen other phones with better picture quality. the reception is OK. there have been times where the phone is used and all of a sudden the reception is lost so the call is lost. not very reliable on that aspect. the durabilty of the phone is great. My daughter age 2 has dropped it many times and it is still working.
