Sound Machine Therapy

Are you the type of person who needs something to coax them to sleep? I know I sure need some sound therapy to get me to fall asleep. I have had this type of machine for about three years now. I put it on every night before I go to bed. It has really soothing sounds, ten different ones. The sounds are streams, ocean waves, rain, tropical forest etc. My personal favorite is the ocean waves, but everyone is different.

You need AA batteries because they are not included, AC adapter is included. You can adjust the volume and there is even a 60 minute timer, incase you didn't want it on all night. I would suggest this type for anyone who has trouble falling asleep, it definitely helps me fall asleep and it is very relaxing.

I'd say this is the best medication for me, sound therapy.
