South Beach Living Cereal Bars

Protein typically comes in bars with high amount of calories. South Beach Living has changed that, with their High Protein Cereal Bar. The bars come in three delicious flavors: chocolate, peanut butter, and cinnamon raisin. The chocolate are my personal favorite, tasting almost as good as your counter candy bar. The peanut butter tastes far better than any protein bar, and can easily be eaten without hesitation. Cinnamon raisin is great, too, and really has a great, wake-up taste to it. So what's the best part of these bars? Well each 1 inch by 3 inch bar packs only 140 calories, and TEN grams of protein. Yes, 10. That is an amazing ratio, my father's old protein bars packed almost 400 calories and 12 grams of protein. The ratio of calories:protein on the SBL bars is great. So go out, pick up the variety pack, and see how you like it. They're great quick, filling snacks.
