I've flown Southwest many, many times in the past few years and so far...never late! Not a single time! That's quite a plus in my book. I love their website, it's so easy and simple to use. Most people aren't big fans of their boarding procedures and not being able to select your seat; however, most of the time I travel alone, so my seat seletion isn't that big of a deal. Their check-in procedure is simple (both online and at the airport). I've traveled with them from Nashville and Louisville to Las Vegas, Seattle, and Orlando. This is my favorite airline by far....except for a couple of small things. Their seats are probably the least comfortable of all the airlines I've been on and their in-flight entertainment is nonexistent (except for their attendants, lol). If you're a fan of no-frills though, this is the place for you!
