I love flying on Southwest Airlines. The flight attendants and pilots are always very nice. The prices are always really good as well. The flights are almost always on time or within a few minutes. Reservations are easy to make and if you have a problem and need customer service they are more than willing to help you. I have always had a great experience with them. The only drawback is that there are no assigned seats. It is first come first serve. They do however let you pre-board if you have small children. For me though I would rather just know where I am supposed to sit ahead of time. I have never had a problem getting seats together and we travel alot but it does stress me out a bit. It isn't enough though to make me not fly Southwest. Overall traveling on SW has been some of the best flying experiences I have ever had.
