Speedo for the Beach

I was in Sam's Club about a week ago buying some supplies for our upcoming trip to the beach when I saw this pair of shoes on the clearance shelf.It was the only pair there and it was my size so I took that as a sign that I was meant to have them!They are an "all terrain" type shoe that slips on and has elastic laces across the top that don't tie.I think they might be perfect for the beach as the sand and salt water won't hurt them and they will protect my feet from the shells and hot sand.I rated them just a tad low because I slipped them on one day to wear on an errand and break them in and they seem to rub a bit on my heels.I'm hoping that it's just because they are new and that after a day in the sand and surf that they will break in nicely!
