Spiderman 3: Not Great For Real Fans

I have watched Spiderman since I was a kid. I even still have some of the earliest Spiderman comic books. When the Spiderman movie series began, I remember thinking they could make an infinite number of movies out of Spiderman storylines. Now, I believe I may have been wrong.

Spiderman 3 was so riddled with plot twists and changes that you could not help but be confused. Love plots, family plots, killer plots and more evil plots than any one mind could comprehend.

I loved e ction and the introduction of Venom. I loved the high flying, classic Spidey. I did not like the black Spiderman. Nor did I like the evil Peter Parker.

The movie could have been great, but when you have enough plot for three movies, the result is a jumbled mass of information. I am highly disappointed in this film! I hope that Spiderman 4 serves fans better.

Much agreement! I believe Marvel is trying too hard to "jam" as much into each production as possible. With this direction, they should have stopped at Spidey2. I am inescapedly interested to see how they bring in the AVENGERS with all the big stars already involved with Iron Man, Hulk, and The FF. "Stay tuned faithfull readers, Excelsior!"

I expect Spiderman 3 to be the best of the series because Venom was finally involved. In the end, Venom was in it for only a little while and was played pretty bad. The movie disappointed me.
