Spiderman Toy Is Useless
By DeDee onDon't waste your money on this toy. This toy was given to my son for Christmas. when I first saw it I though nice a Spiderman toy. My son will love it. NOT this toy does nothing really. It has holes in its hand where you place these pretend webs and there's a button on the back that you press. These pretend webs fire out. Okay that's it. what it so fascinating about this? I will tell you what is fascinating about this. People actually are spending there hard earned money on a toy that is boring just because it is a theme toy? Oh I forgot. The toy also has a few sounds or saying to it. when you press the bottom on the chest of Spiderman. I guess this toy is great if you want to encourage your child to really use his/her imagination because believe me when I tell you that they will surely need some imagination to get anything out of this toy. This toy was a gift and I am not even going to waist my time finding the price of this useless piece of nothing. As it in my opinion not worth it. My son has played with this toy but for 5 minutes at a time maybe once a month and it is placed at his reach, but he doesn't seem to care for it.
Wow that's too bad it isn't a more exciting toy. They sure do push the themed toys after a movie comes out. I think it's great that you received this for your son as a gift. Otherwise, it wouldn't be in your home!
Better check it for lead, or chemicals. Maybe its just meant to be a marketing test, lol. I hear you.
Sounds like a dud. But people will still buy it simply because it is Spiderman.
My son got this for Christmas also. It was boring and it was broken and thrown out in less than a week.
I have not seen this exact one, but I do know what you mean about some theme toys!

Thanks for the warning on this toy if my son were to see it in the store, he would want it, now I can say no and not feel guilty.
Thanks for the honest detailed information. This is one toy I know to stay away from. Many of these action figures are only popular because of the hype expressed for the theme. There have been many which do not really add much to a child's play time. We went through this many times with toys we purchased for my son when he was a young boy.
