Spirited Away
By Lena Christine onSpirited Away is a great animated film based on Japanese anime. Don't worry though the characters all speak English. In fact. the main characters voice is done by the same person that did the voice of Lilo from Lilo and Stitch.
I will admit the story is a bit strange and most of the characters are outragous and out there but in the end the basic story line of this movie is wonderfully cute. You also have a few cute and cuddle characters along the way as well as some dark and scary ones too. I was worried some of them might frighten my 6 year old but they didn't at all. She absolutely loves this movie and watches it at least once a day.
This is a great film to watch with the whole family. Have a family night and grab some popcorn then settle in for a few laughs, a few crys and everything else in between during this little girls amazing journey.
I have a few boys who'd enjoy this, one is a character concept artist - he's into anime and would be looking at the art work :) over the story, sounds interesting, thanks for the info, will have to mention this to my sons.
