Sporty Convertable By BillF on - Updated Sep 18, 2011

We originally purchased as the black mitsubishi eclipse as my car and eventually became my daughters car as she got old enough to drive. We gave her the car as a high school graduation gift. It has very good acceceleration, handling and breaking performance, looks very sporty, and average on gas millage and reliability. We have had continual problems with the convertable power roof soft top for leaks and problems with the mechanism. We also expereinced numerous problems with the driver side door window and power window mechanism. The leather seats have stood up well to both mine, and my daughters abuses. The drivers seat had enough flexability to allow my large frame comfortable seating. It has poor rear view vision between the small back window and the drivers layout. Other than above criticisms, it served us well for a number of years and about 150,000 miles and is a above average choice for a sporty convertable for a larger driver.
