Spray Me Down With Some H2o By Ally on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Well with rising gas prices, and the rising of all other prices do to the cost of gas, I have been trying to cut down my budget. I found the H20 face whitening toner at Marshalls' and decided to try it instead of my much more expensive department store brand of facial toner. Big mistake! First to apply you spray it on your face. Yuck! It drips everywear, and really stings if it gets in your eyes. It hasn't done anything for my skin either. I didn't want to give up so easily though, so I gave it another shot. This time on a cotton ball. Now my face just felt oily. Even after washing my face i still felt a filmy residue from the product. I have been a fan of the H20 store and thought I was lucky to get therir product at a discount at Marshalls', but now I know why.
