This is Spring Valley Natural Super B-Complex vitamins with Folic Acid. These are great vitamins that promote energy and metabolism. They cover all your "B needs" and Folic Acid can prevent certain types of birth defects. I have found that they really do give me some extra energy and alertness throughout my day. I take these in addition to my multi-vitamin every morning. You really need to take these with food to avoid an upset stomach. You take one table and they are pretty big and smelly, but no more so than some other vitamins. You will find also that these will make your urine a bright yellow color. Freaked my out the first time I took them! I would recommend these to anyone who looking for a little bit of extra energy during the day or for any one who wants to take some extra B.
