Springs Home 180 Thread Count Linens By karlawmcdonald on - Updated Sep 18, 2011
Boy did I make a mistake! Thankfully it was not too expensive.
We recently set up a guest bedroom, we did the painting and got a new bed and what not. I wanted to make it attractive and appealing when I should have went for comfort.
I chose the sage green, they did have a nice selection of colors and patterns and sizes. I have always thought the sage green to be a comforting color. Although these sheets look good I do not like the feel. I apparently did not pay close enough attention to the thread count. It is 180 thread count, making them feeling thin and almost scratchy.
They are 60% cotton and 40% polyester, I should of paid attention and went for 100% cotton and a much higher thread count.
After making the bed and being so disappointed I discovered that they were made in Pakistan, which is something I always try to buy American made products.
These will do in a pinch but would not recommend them to anyone.
Springs Home 180 Thread Count Purchased at: Dollar General Price: $20.00

I had some very high thread count sheets I bought from JC Penney's made in Pakistan. They ripped at the corner within 1 month. You can launder these several times on warm and use extra Downy to try and soften them Karla.
I purchase my high thread count sheets from Overstock.com or SmartBargains.com and have never been disappointed. You might try them next time you are in the market for sheets, great thread counts at a reasonable prce.. Thanks for pointing out that you get what you pay for most of the time.
Hmmm. I was looking at these. Glad I didn't buy them.
Have to watch that thread count, we've all been spoiled with the higher ones!
Don't be discouraged,we have all tried different things to find that we didn't like what we purchased.
