SQUARES chocolates.

Ghirardelli located in the San Francisco area of California is known for their chocolate products. They have a factory in nearby San Leandro.While I was shopping recently I saw one of their chocolate bars. I have never tried these chocolates before.These chocolate bars are called Ghirardelli SQUARES chocolates.They come in a variety of flavors such as Milk & Caramel, Dark & Mint, Dark & raspberry, Dark & Caramel, 60% Dark, Milk Chocolate, Milk Chocolate With Peanut Butter Filling and White Chocolate with Vanilla.

I'd tried the Milk Chocolate With Peanut Butter Filling variety of Ghirardelli SQUARES chocolates.These chocolates come very nicely wrapped.The one I got was supposedly a chocolate square filled with creamy, gourmet peanut butter with crunchy peanuts.The first thing I noticed was that the chocolate was very nice but the peanut butter tasted like it was a very cheap off brand peanut butter.I was surprised it tasted like this.I don't know if this is an isolated case of old peanut butter being used or what.I would not purchased this again but I would be willing to try their solid chocolates because like I said the chocolate tasted nice and creamy.
