Squee Squee Review By Wade Bowers on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
Squee is a graphic novel created by Jhonen Vasquez that takes all of the Squee comic book series and puts them under one cover. Squee is a dark comedy that follows the adventures of a young boy by the name of Squee. Squee has a very odd life and an even crazier imagination. Just like Jhonen's other hit JTHM, Squee somehow manages to be very brutal and violent while staying lighthearted. I didn't like this one as much as Johnny but it was definitely fun. I think that the fillers in between the actual Squee comic are some of the funniest things about it. I really love Jhonen's art style also. If you have read Johnny the Homicidal Maniac and liked it then definitely buy this without a second thought. If you haven't read any Jhonen work then look through it before you buy it.
