St. Patrick's Cathedral By Mary on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

This is a large book entitled, " St. Parick's Cathedral " beautifully written by Leland Cook which contains about 150 pages. The front cover of this book of St, Patrick's Cathedral is absolutely stunning. It seems to be taken from an aerial view which accentuates the grand and majestic structure that it is. This book covers the centennial history of this magnificent church. The foreward is written by Terence Cardinal Cooke and his input gives the reader a wonderful insight regarding the one hundred year history of this church. I was so very impressed with the extraordinary color as well as black and white photographs and paintings depicted of many years gone by. This book is a treasure and worth reading again and again. I really have enjoyed this book. Even though I lived many years in New York City, I regret that I never took the opportunity to visit this fabulous structure.
