Stacker 3: Loose Weight Fast?

Wanting to loose 5 pounds I thought I'd give Stacker 3 a try. The directions are simple, take one capsule after meals, and do not exceed 3 capsules a day. I had heard positive things about the Stacker line, and was hopeful I'd shed those few pounds quickly. The first couple of weeks I had great results. After a light morning breakfast I took one capsule, and at lunch time I wasn't even hungry. I'd eat a small snack for lunch, take another capsule, then at dinner time I'd find myself still not hungry. This routine continued for one month, and I lost a total of 9 pounds doing nothing that I normally didn't do, except taking Stacker 3. However, 3 weeks after I stopped taking Stacker 3 I had gained all 9 pounds back. Stacker 3 works great if you need to squeeze into a dress, or look good on your wedding day, but as soon as you stop taking it you can expect the weight to come right back. I'm not sure if that's how all diet pills work or not. Stacker 3 did not leave me feeling jittery, or ill. However, it din't give me any extra engery boost that some people claim it does either.
Yeah, there are no such thing as magic cures. I was all excited about this product until I read the part where it all came back. It is reasonably priced though, I guess that's a plus side.
Good information to know. It's cool that you lost the weight without doing anything different but I don't think I would want to keep taking it, just to not gain it back.
That's nice that you don't get the jitters with this product, however I don't like that the weight came back so easily. Bummer!
