Looking through the diet selection at Walmart I found a product called XPLC extreme performance put ouf by Stacker 3. The product claims to increase energy, burn fat, and boost metabolism. However, neither the bottle or the box had directions on how to take the product only serving size: 1 capsule. I had to contact the company to find out how to take it. You take 1 capsule after meal with an 8oz glass of water. I was warned not to take more then 3 capsules a day. About twenty minutes after taking the first capsule I noticed a burst of energy which also came with a headache. The energy only lasted about an hour, and then I was really tired. After taking the pills for a week I noticed no effect at all after taking. I have now completed an 80 capsule bottle, and have not lost any weight, nor had any energy to spare. This pill did nothing for me, except free up some space in my wallet. A bottle of 80 capsules set me back twenty six dollars. If would have been worth it had they worked.
