Star Wars 30th Anniversary R2-D2

Thirty years have passed since Star Wars became a worldwide phenomenon.The recent 30th anniversary collection of toys from Hasbro have been made to commemorate this fact. This R2-D2 figure is a prime example of how far plastics and pre-painted technology has advanced during that time.

You'll note that the figure has better articulation, incorporating G.I. Joe-like articulation and painting that incorporates battle damage and wear-and-tear. The R2-D2 figure includes small wheels below each feet to allow the figure to roll seamlessly.The R2-D2 figure also includes optional jetpack attachments as well as a commemorative coin that you can collect as part of a set.The plastic is durable and will allow many hours of entertainment.

The only bad part of this product is that if you want to get a pristine-looking R2-D2, this isn't it.The pre-painted paint also includes a yellowish hue from the optional jetpack attachment.
