Star Wars Episode 1: The Phantom Menace By Shawn on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

As the film that was going to start the Star Wars craze anew, Episode 1: The Phantom Menace had a lot to live up to. While it paled in comparison to the behemoth that was A New Hope, it still became a monster in its own right and provided fans and newcomers alike a glimpse into the Star Wars world under a different light. If you're going to own Star Wars on DVD you better start with the first, chronologically anyway.

There's only one DVD to have and it comes quite literally stuffed with special features from interviews, training segments and discussions on everything else. Star Wars Episode 1: The Phantom Menace comes with enough special features to most special edition DVDs to shame.

If you're looking to own Star Wars on DVD and not too sure about it, don't hesitate any further. The DVDs are well worth the money and will last a very long time.
