Start It 300 Amp Jump Starter

If you're like me, you plan your day but often don't leave enough time for unseen emergencies that may arise. There's nothing worse than waking up on time, getting ready to leave for work and finding that your car battery has died. This has only happened a handful of times to me, but I didn't want the day to come where I wouldn't be able to find someone to jump start me. The Start It Jump Starter from Black and Decker solved this problem very well. You charge the box in your house and then it's ready for use. It has two jumper cables that you attach to your dead battery and it will supply enough amperage to get your vehicle running again. The one I bought is 300 Amps, but they have different models available. You don't have to worry about hooking it up wrong because it'll give you a warning if they're not attached right which makes it pretty much dummy-proof. It has a work light built into it in case you need to start your car in the middle of the night or in the early morning hours. The other nice feature is has is a 12 volt dc outlet so you could use it to charge your cell phone or any other accessories if you needed to. I haven't had to use it as my battery hasn't died since I bought it, but it's nice having the peace of mind that if something doesn't go as planned, I'll be ready.
