I have experienced nothing but exceptional customer service with this company. Anytime I have ever needed to call them they are always very quick with responses and help. Their prices are very competitive with other companies and I have found that the service you recieve from this company is well worth the few extra dollars you might spend. I have also found that this company will back you 100 percent if needed during critical times. i once got into a crash and the tow truck arrived promptly, as soon as I called State Farm they referred me to the car rental place which was very convenient because I was on my way to work and the rental place was right across the street from where i work. The next day they called me to asess the damage and ask me questions about the claim. My car had 2300.00 im damage and I had it back in 3 weeks. State Farm offers multi-line discounts. The more insurance policies you purchase from them the bigger discount you get. They offer home owners & rental insurance, life insurance and vehicle insurance policies. I would recommend State Farm to anyone.

Thank you for the information on State farm. For the last few years we have been using the online auto insurance agencies adn while they are convient, I miss the one on one with a live agent who can better tailor what coverage I need to me. It looks like it might be time to look up and see where my closest state farm office is.

State Farm is awesome. I had some lady back up into my van when I was in a parking lot. I called my agent and she told me exactly what to do and what to say to the lady. She stayed on the phone with me until all the details were taken care of. They called her insurance the next day and took care of all of it for me. How cool is that! They have very reasonable rates too if you can combine your home and car insurance together!
My mom has State Farm insurance and really likes them too. I don't have them and only used them when I was a carrier on my mother's insurance. I am glad to hear you have great service with them!

We've had State Farm insurance on our automobiles and home for over 15 years. They have excellent customer service, fair prices and claims are paid quickly. I really like having a local agent...they are always here when we need assistance. Great insurance!
