Static X Wisconsin Death Trip By Nicholas Harrell on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Static X's debut album brings forth what lead singer Wayne calls "evil disco". The cross of heavy guitars with techno music is a great combo. I picked up on the band after hearing the first sing from the cd called Bled for Days on the radio. I was hooked and went to pick up the cd. I was amazed by this stuff. I have yet to really find anyone else that can cross genres like this and come out with a good product. Songs like Push It, Love Dump, and The Trance is the Motion, you feel the beat and want to headbang too. Plus these guys put on a great live show. The original line up on this cd is very tight, great production, and the feel you get from this is pure satisfaction. Check it out if you like a good groove cd with a harder edge.
