I have been packing lunches for work for both myself and husband for years and years. We have both been tired of plain old sandwiches, etc. I thought I'd try the steam bags for our lunches and dinner when one is not at home. They work GREAT! I used them for vegetables, to reheat leftovers they steam the food item so not to char or over cook it. Great to cook hot dogs, brats, sausage in the microwave, too. If you don't want a mess you can throw the bag away. I reuse some of the ones for veggies, breads and buns to steam them soft again. They can be used for almost any food item and if you experiment with food item you will be surprised how good everything will taste. You can add your seasonings before cooking to make it taste all that much better. No more icky TV dinners for lunches, now I make special treats like oven brown potatoes and chicken, veggies in cheese sauce, there are so many things you can try. These are a good item to any household in the kitchen. I buy these often and use coupons to save money on them.
