Steam Iron by Durabrand
By karlawmcdonald onThis is another product I was able to use this weekend, it was another item my nephew had to have. Him being in the Navy he had to have a good, reliable iron to make those uniforms perfect. After using this one to press my cotton shirt, I think he found it.
He bought this at Wal-Mart for less than $15.00, it is a pretty basic set up. It has a misting spray, you simply depress a button to use that function, you can adjust the amount of steam you want or need.
It also has this translucent water reservoir, which I really liked! Have you ever filled your water reservoir and when you turned it down to iron water comes pouring out on your clothing? Boy, I have. ( hangs head in shame)
This iron also has a non-stick soleplate for smooth ironing.
As I said it is very basic but does all it needs to, I found it light weight and easy to use. If you happen to be in the market for a lightweight iron, give this one a look see.

Unlike many people I enjoy ironing. And as good lightweight iron only makes it better. This one sounds great!
I just hate ironing and if I have to I prefer light weight irons.Heavy irons are just no no for my they give pain and aches to my shoulders
I haven't heard of this brand but this price sounds fantastic for a lightweight iron!
Very good deal for a lightweight iron. I need to find another one, I lent mine to a friend & it came back with crusty white starch on it. =(
Not sure how many people iron today- I do(i'm from the old group), but this sounds like a good one.
I so hate to iron but having one that does the job well and makes it easy to do...is a must have in my books...great info and it's so economical! Thanks
