Stearnes children's life vest

My parents own a boat, and keep a Stearnes life vest for the little children that come aboard.This vest has a cute Tweety bird on the front, and fit my two-year old really well.
This vest has three adjustable nylon straps that you can tighten around your toddler without it becoming uncomfortable.My daughter went into the lake swimming wearing this and it is very bouyant.She did not complain about having it on so I assume it was comfortable. Through several seasons of heavy use, the buckles are still in place and there is no wear on the nylon fabric.
I have had experience with this company and their infant vests. The vest they make for small children and toddlers seems to be of the same great quality, and I would highly recommend owning one if you find yourself on a boat with your kids.

That is cute, but you know it amazes me watching on tv, Boat Patrol I think it is called, like the water version of COPS,lol..how many people do not make their children wear vest or foloow safety rules.

we dont own a boat but have access to one and have been out on it several times now. We havent been able to take the kids out since we have no pfd's for them. Will have to look into this one as it sounds like a great pfd for kids. thanks for sharing very informative and helpfull.
Stearens makes the very best in life vests for children. We've used them and they wear well, are easy to put on, and most importantly they save lives.
Safety is our first concern on the water .
My in-laws also own a boat & have only Stearns life vests for my son-they really do keep the little ones safe!
Didn't know that Stearnes make children life vest until now. I will go out to get one for my kid.
