Stitch Doll

We bought this Stitch stuffed animal from the Disney Liquidation Sale last year. The sale is held in the Town of Celebration, Florida which is just outside of Orlando and Walt Disney World. Everything is marked 70% off of the retail price and lots of other items are marked at a really low dollar amount. This Stitch was marked at $3.00.

The label that is stitched (no pun intended) onto his left foot is marked as being from The Disney Store. Not all merchandise at the sale is only from the Walt Disney Resorts, they also have items from TV shows that were aired on ABC, ESPN merchandise and more.

Well, we came across this Stitch stuffed animal from the Lilo and Stitch Movie. He is one of the softest stuffed animals I have ever had. I had purchased a few of these and gave one to my mother-in-law because she loves him and his attitude.

This Stitch is different than other ones in that his long ears as flopping down on either side of his head, unlike other models with his ears sticking up in the air. The inside of each ear is a light purply pink fabric. His fur is more like velvet, than fur.

I also love the soft vibrant blues they used on his fur. He sits among my Disney collection and is high enough on my shelf that the kids can see him but not take him home.He just has the cutest face and I'm not really a Stitch fan.
