Stitching Bliss By Jami on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
When I am looking for a new cross stitch project, the first thing I look at is the chart. You can choose the simplest project, but if the chart is difficult to read I promise you will not enjoy stitching it. Joan Elliott's book "Cross Stitch Teddies" is chocked full of fun and stitcher friendly easy to read charts. Wheather you love to stitch baby items or just teddies(as I do) or the more ellaborate. The charts are color coded and spread over more than one page for ease of the reader. Most use DMC floss, but there is a conversion chart included if you choose to use a different brand of floss. In the back of the book is also a stitch guide in the event you get stuck..I have...., and find yourself asking " how do i do that?". This book also has many fun gift ideas to personilize any gift you are giving. All around this is a great book for the beginner or the seasoned stitcher. 5 stars.

So cute, I have tried, but neer was successful. But had fun trying maybe that was the problem, not understanding the chart.
