Storage Containers

With a house full of children, you can just imagine how much clutter we can accumulate. As I ask the children to clean their rooms, They end up with a pile of stuff that they just don't have a place for.
One day my husband came home with four large plastic storage containers. There was one for each child, to use as a junk box. One a month I help the children sort through their junk storage box. I find this helps with less stress of them taking hours to clean their room because they just don't know what to do with half their stuff that they accumulate.
These containers are very durable and large enough to store all kinds of things. These containers even have an lock/unlock button on them. They were a little pricey, however We want them to last. These storage containers are great. The children love them and have a place for their nick nacks.
I need some of these containers, what I really need is to get organized. I am pittiful when it comes to doing that.
THis is a great idea. I'm determined to tame the clutter before Christmas, when more clutter will be added!

I had one of these given to me and it works great to store my 1953 lionel train set in. I need some more of these!
Our boys always had some form of tote in addition to their toyboxes. They would go grab their totes at cleanup time and quickly put everything away neatly with NO fussing.
I've got so many things in these containers. They really come in handy & are reasonably priced.
Rubber Maid tubs are great for storage. It's worth paying a little more for them since they are sturdy and durable. Everyone can use these!
I simply could not be without my containers from Rubbermaid! Of course it wasn't til we lost a lot of irreplaceable things when a basement flooded that I finally realized it...but now, we have would never depend on anything but containers like these and the storage area looks oh so neat. Thanks for the info
