I had wanted this chair since I first found out I was pregnant. I thought that the price was great so we decided to buy it early on.
The first time we received the order the materials were scratched so we sent it back and got another one. It still had a few scratches but nothing anyone would really notice.
It was simple to put together and looks great! It comes in many different colors that will go with any room. I have had it a few months and find that it glides very easily. The ottoman is also great for moms who need to get their feet up.
One negaitive about this product is that the bottom padding is very small. I add a pillow to make it a little easier to sit on. After about 30 minutes I start to get sore.
It is very quiet and the baby loves the motion. The side pockets are GREAT. I use them for the remote, bottles, burp clothes, anything! The back cushion is very nice and soft and it all has the look of a much more expensive chair.
The quality of the wood isn't 100% but I feel it is definitely worth the price and is a very sturdy product. I would recommend this chair to any mom.
I wanted to add some of the options you have when choosing this glider. It comes in many colors such as beige, butter, denim, light blue, light green, light pink, and dark blue. Also the wood comes in many varieties. You can pick cherry, espresso, white, black, cognac, natural, and oak. I personally have the cherry with light green cushions and it looks great. I have now used it daily for over 4 months and it still rocks great but the ottoman part sometimes grinds a little against the wood.

We bought one of these too! I have to tell you that on more than one occasion I fell asleep during night nursing because this glider is so comfortable. Thank goodness I have attuned hubby who would wake me! Now, I still use the glider for story time and me time. I believe I will keep it forever!

This is definitely a great glider/rocker. I remember rocking my grandkids in it when they were very little. It is super comfy and I wouldn't mind having it even if the grandkids didn't join me :)
I had a friend who got one of these when she had her baby. It sure was used plenty often!
I bought this very same glider/rocker for my son and daughter-in-law when they were expecting my little grandson. We bought it in light blue which matched his nursery. They both spent many an hour rocking him to sleep in it or feeding him in the chair. The padding posed no problems here. You provided great details bot pro and con which enable persons to make their own decisions. All I know is that either a glider or a rocker is an essential part of the nursery! My four children all enjoyed being rocked!
