Storybook Pillows By bubbacat on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Here is a cool twist to reading for your child, a storybook pillow. I bought two pillows at Sam's for Christmas. The pillows are for children 3 and up. My kids were 2 but I read the stories to them and still do. These are large pillows that open up and have cloth pages to read. It can be used as a pillow and a book. The pillows and pages are very bright. I bought Dora's Bugga Bugga Bedtime Story which has Dora and Boots searching for the Bugga Bugga Babies to return them home to Mami Bugga Bugga. It is a really cute story. The pages are big for the child to look for the Bugga Bugga babies on each page til all are found and return home. These Storybook Pillows use characters, stories and logos from Viacom such as Dora, Diego,Cars,Princess etc... Diego's story is "Diego Rescues the Kinkajou". Diego and Baby Jaguar help save a kinkajou that is sleeping in a log near the river. A mudslide occurs and he is drifting down the river toward a waterfall, sleeping in the log unaware of the happenings. Diego and Baby Jaguar take several paths and then the rescue pack transforms into a kayak so they can rescue the kinkajou. These are really neat stories just presented in a different way. The Storybooks are washable. They have a velcro closure. This is a cute item for your child.
