Straightener?!?!? Is That What Its Supposed To Do? By grayczy on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

This was the first straightener I ever got and used. It was only $25, but i guess you get what you paid for. This straightener doesn't work very well at all! I can turn it on to the highest heat setting of 25 and hold the ceramic plate for at least 60 seconds before i burn myself. It took me about 25 minutes each day to straighten my hair and it was horrible!!! The straightener i have now takes only 7 minutes to straighten and about 3 seconds to heat up before i burn myself. This straightener is a bad product and i can't even imagine how "hot" the heat setting "1" gets to...maybe half a degree? anyways, if you have 25 minutes to give, go ahead and buy this product, it wont cost you much. But if you don't have the time, and you're willing to spend as little as sometimes $50, you can get a faster heat up, better straightening hair straightener. So the choice really comes down to time and money. If you have time but little money, go with the slow one, but if you have money and no time i recommend you go with the second choice.

p.s. there is no fragrance, it just woodn't let me publish without filling it out
