Stridex Maximum Soft Touch Pads By Joshua Cruz on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
This one looked like a winner when I had a slight break out, but it wasn't. It comes in a jar of 90 soft pads you rub on your acne after properly washing and drying your face. The first time I used it, it irritated my skin, made it dry, and I didn't like the smell. But what I thought was "that must mean it's working," But after about about 3 or 4 days of using it, I found no results. I started using it more often with still no results, so I realized "I wasted my money to irritate my skin."
It doesn't seem to state any ingredients other than salicylic acid 2%, so I looked up the other ingredients which are carbomer, dimethicone, disodium EDTA, disodium lauryl sulfosuccinate, glycerin, hydrated silica, methylparaben, poloxamer 182, purified water, and sodium hydroxide.
This product is just really not worth the buy, although it is a clean and easy apply to your face. If you can, you should just stick to Witch Hazel or isopropyl alcohol.
Blistex Inc. Stridex Soft Touch Pads Purchased at: Publix Price: About $5

Sorry this didn't work as you had hoped. For $5.00 and 90 pads I guess it was worth a try. Thanks for letting us know your experience with this product.
