Stuffed Steak!? By rogue34 on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I love quirky things and all my friends know it. My taste is "eclectic" as one of my friends put it nicely, weird as most of the others would tell you. Recently, I received a birthday gift from a far away friend. I was not expecting it at all and was very surprised when it arrived.

The package was so lightweight I could not imagine what it contained. I opened it up expecting a book or something similar. What I found made me literally laugh out loud. It was a steak. A stuffed steak. Wrapped up in a plastic meat tray with saran wrap around it! This gift has got the be the funniest one I have ever received.

My Sir Loin of Beef (yes, I named him - you can't just have random cuts of meat sitting around unnamed!) is made of red felt. The "bone" section is white felt stitched on while the mouth and eyes are felt that appears to be glued on. The glue on the mouth and eyes looks pretty secure but I have not pulled on them to test it out. That would be rude. Sir Loin also has tiny little arms and legs which are not very good supports. They mostly just flop around making Sir Loin look even sillier. Sir Loin gets along well with my Sock Zombie because, well, Sir Loin is meat, not braiiinnnnssss!

I can't really say that it serves any purposes other than being hilarious and a great conversation piece. Not good for children because he might be a bit too fatty for them.

www.mrpickles.com is where you can find Sir Loin's compatriots, Mr Pickles, Larry Lambshank, Home Ham Slice as well as other random silliness.

Wandering random cuts (LOL)!!! Giddy-up! Stop! It hurts! You are a public danger!!! Good write!! What kind of rub would you use on that before grilling? Some of those little popcorn styrofoam things or what?!?
