Stylin' KEDS
By ooncha onLiving in the city I walk alot so my shoes tend to wear off pretty quickly. I usually have pairs of shoes that last up to a couple years but now they last for less than a year. I was looking for a new pair so I went to DSW and saw that KEDS had a bunch of sneaker-ish slip ons which I like. I haven't worn lace shoes in 3 years so I'm glad I don't have to tied my shoes anymore. Keds has a large variety in shoe designs and its's very expressive. And they have really cute ones. I picked a dark blue floral pair which I wear almost everyday now. I've had them for almost a year now and it already has a hole on my left shoe. These shoes aren't light, together I think they weight about a pound. I like weight on my shoes. I think light shoes make me feel like I'm wearing socks. I like my shoes because they are comfy and are exactly what i wanted. The fabric material is tough, but like I said before, it has a little hole now. Surprisingly they do OK on rainy days. My feet didn't get drenched, and my socks were just moistened. My jeans made the top part of my socks totally soaked to my skin. I'd definitely get shoes from them again!
I bet you are having a nice experience with it. It sounds quite effective with the cool features. Even I like weighty footwears. The gravity acts good then. *laughs*
Its important to get good walking shoes. Though i am in the country, I have been walking about two weeks now, 3 miles a day. Its hell on my feet. Ill look into these and see if they have some cool mens styles!
Keds has really come out with some looking shoes now a days (or I'm getting older, lol). I love their new slip on ones. Glad to hear they worked well for you!
Keds come in wide ,which sometimes can be hard to find.
