Sublingual B 12 Supplement By Georgia Sawhook on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

My sister told me that when she started taking Sublingual B-12 drops, she had more energy than she had in years. Well, I went online to find out more about it and it said that B-12 was supposed to increase energy, promote a nice restful sleep, and reduce the risk for heart disease and Altzheimer's. Putting it under the tongue allows it to dissolve and absorb more readily into the blood system and bypass the digestive system.

Well, I found out that my sister took the B-12 drops and not the tablets that I bought. Maybe that's what the difference is, but I really have not found out any difference in my energy levels, neither am I getting a restful sleep like I was looking for.

So, maybe I'm doing it wrong, but it has not impressed me in the least. Maybe it will work for you.
