Suck On This! By RachelReviews on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I was sick for approximately a week, and I am finally feeling better. One of the things that helped me during my struggle was candy! I was glad I had these lollipops in my Halloween stash. I ate both flavors while I was sick. My favorite out of the two just focusing on taste definitely had to be the strawberry. I thought it had a very mellow, realistic strawberry flavor. It didn't taste too artificial. Additionally, the pop came intact. That can't be said for the cotton candy-flavored Ring Pop that I ate. This was so disappointing. When I opened the packaging, the candy was completely off of the ring and it even looked a little deformed. I ended up eating it anyway, since I was desperate for something to suck on for my throat. I didn't love the flavor of it. I found it a little too sweet, and it even tasted a little fruity. To me, it didn't taste like cotton candy. I liked the swirled blue and pink colors on the pop, but that was about it. Personally, ever since I was a kid, I've always loved that these were rings and loved that they blend jewelry and candy together.

You can't say enough about ring pops. They are the first choice of our grand children when we go to the store. I gave them each a bag for their Halloween treats. Again they will be there for that Christmas stocking.
