Sunbeam Electric Knife
By uaezarb onI have owned my Sunbeam Electric knife for probably 10 years and it still works as good as new! This knife can be used on any food item you would normally use a regular kitchen knife on, but we use it mostly to carve chicken and turkey.I have used it a few times to filet fish and it is the perfect knife for slicing bread.
The knife is lightweight and has an easy to hold handle. There are two serrated stainless steel blades that move back and forth making the job of cutting almost effortless. The blades are removable with a press of a button for easy cleanup and pop back in place, similiar to the blades on a mixer. I have never had this knife sharpened and it still cuts as good as new.
I probably should use this knife more than I do, but for most of my cutting needs it's just quicker to grab a knife out of the drawer.

Great! I need an electric knive that actually works! Seems like each one I've tried doesn't do squat. Thanksgiving comes around before I remember I need a new one. I'm going to bookmark this as a reminder. Thanks!!
I don't have an electric knife, but my father loved his! He always used it on the turkey at Thanksgiving.
We got one of these for our wedding, 10 years ago! LOL Honestly we probably only used it a few times but it worked for what we needed it to do
I, too, have one of these. It comes out every Thanksgiving and Christmas to cut the Turkey or ham!
I think we have the same knife for carving our Thanksgiving turkey!!
I could definitely use a knife like this, especially since it is light weight. Some electric knives are rather bulky and heavy.
My FIL swore by his, and I think it was a Sunbeam too. I just can't be bothered will the fuss, but they are great for some things.
My grandmother has one and we use it at every holiday for the turkey and ham carvings as well. We have used it for as long as I can remember and I am 28 years old. I would say these are great products.
We have an electric knife that we use for the holidays - it is a "lifesaver".
I never heard about electric knife before. But I'll look this kind of knife in the market. It look easy to operate. thanks
