Sunscreen For Your Little Lizard By JennEm on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I used Baby Blue Lizard sunscreen on my daughter this weekend, and I was pretty happy with it. The scent is okay, although there are others I prefer. It's a creamy sunscreen that goes in easily like lotion, which is nice when applying to a wiggly baby. I reapplied after she went swimming, so I couldn't say if it was water resistant or not. I didn't take that chance.

This sunscreen was just find but really nothing special. A friend recommended it, which is why I purchased it. It was a little bit pricey. I think I could get a store brand at Target that would do the job just as well.

The good news is that babies can wear sunscreen and that my daughter had not a spot of sunburn after a long day outside. In the end, that's really what matters to me. This sunscreen protected my daughter so she could enjoy the pool and playing outdoors. That's what it was designed to do, so I've got no complaints there.
