I usually do not think that weight loss pills work but I think I am mistaken. My boyfriend got me hooked on these and I think they are really working. These pills came from Dollar General and only cost me $2 for a bottle of 30 tablets. All you have to do is take 2 pills before every meal on an empty stomach with a full glass of water. Make sure you drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day as well. I will caution you that you need to make sure that you drink a full glass of water with the pills as sometimes they get caught in your throat.

Each bottle only lasts 5 days, but since the bottles only costs $2, it is not that big of a deal. Figure spending $12 a month and that is relativley cheap. I have been taking them for only a few days, but my boyfriend has taken them for six days and within 4 days he lost around 5 pounds. Pretty good if you ask me.
