Super Shot Rocket Launch 1485 By rose33oo on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
I have to say that I was dissapointed in this rocket. We got it for our son last year for Christmas and my husband helped him fix it and launch it. It is recommended for children 10 and older but with adult supervision I don't see why someone younger wouldn't enjoy it.
We tried to put some batteries in it, we forgot to buy new ones so we were rummaging for anything we could find. We soon figured out that without full power of a brand new battery that we weren't going to get anywhere. A friend gave us some new ones to use and they worked perfectly.
Well, we launched it and it was fast and just as amazing as my son expected. Now, I don't know whether it was the toy or the weather but we did it exactly as we were supposed to and it didn't just shoot straight in the air. We live by woods and it shot off in the distance in the woods. Needless to say we are now left with a kit to launch rockets and no rocket to launch because it was lost on the first day.
We only tried it once and it has sat ever since. I guess worse things could have happened but I, as well as my son, was just upset that we couldn't do it again because we couldn't find that rocket!

Awww poor kid! Too bad you couldn't find it !
So sorry the rocket was lost! But thank you for sharing this experience so others will know to be very careful if they buy one.
Sorry you were disappointed! Thanks for sharing your experience.
I sooo feel for you! My son and I spent days building a rocket and ours also got stuck in a tree! We could see it, but it is over 100 feet up... I guess we just do not live in the right area to launch one of these!
Very sorry to hear that you lost it. Thanks for sharing your experience, though.
Too bad you lost it after the first flight! I hope you had fun putting it together and spending time with your son though. :)
