I am not a major reader but someone convinced me to read this book so I took it on vacation with me. The minute I opened the cover I was sucked into this amazing story. This was a page turner from the start and I ended up finishing it in less than one week on the beach. I will never forget the story this book tells and crying my eyes out the minute the story was revealed. As a result, I started journaling to my children before they were born and continue to journal for my children, inspired by this book. If you are a parent I highly recommend you read this book. Actually this book is good for anyone who has been in a relationship and loved someone. This is a true love story, told through diary entries. I just love the unique writing style. Since reading this book I have recommended it to others more times than I can count.
