Like most women, I love candles and my house is filled with them. I am especially fond of food scented varieties and this candle is my favorite of all time. It is the Gingerbread Scent, from Swan Creek Candle Company's ‘Kitchen Pantry' Line.

It smells AMAZING! It is a nice gingerbread scent, mixed with vanilla. I find the smell to be warm and comforting. The thing that I love about Swan Creek Candles is that they are much stronger than Yankee Candles, so the scent lingers throughout the whole house. It's not so strong that it is headache inducing however.

Swan Creek Candles have several different collections, and the Kitchen Pantry Collection alone has 21 scents to choose from including; snickerdoodle, toasted coconut, caramelized pralines, blueberry cheesecake, and pumpkin vanilla.

The candle I have comes in a 24 oz glass jar with a screw top lid and it is made from Soybean wax. Soybean wax burns cleaner and longer than paraffin wax, providing about 110 hours of burn time. Instead of lighting the wick, I use mine in a candle warmer which makes it last even longer. I definitely recommend this brand. There is such a variety to choose from, and I find them to be longer lasting than Yankee Candles.
