Sweet Dreams By Ally on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I have had trouble sleeping lately due to a side effect of a medication that I am on. I am always affraid of mixing medications and even more cautious when it comes to sleep medications. So I decided to take the herbal route. I started looking into it and every search I did listed Chamomile as a relaxant and sleep aid. When I found the caffeine free Sweet Dreams flavor of Bigelow tea It listed two ingredients. Chamomile and hibiscus. It has a mild soothing flavor and I was asleep within a half hour. I also suffer from intense anxiety attacks and I found that sipping on some of the tea helps me to slow down and relax a little. Some chamomile teas can have a bitter finish, but this one is truly soothing from your first sip to your last. So good night and "Sweet Dreams".

I'm not sure if I've tried this one specifically, but I remember drinking chamomile tea as a kid whenever I had trouble sleeping. It's really, really relaxing and soothing. And, as you said, it works like a charm. I've tried other varieties of Bigelow tea, so I know it's good stuff. Thanks for sharing!

My wife likes Bigelow teas. She buys assorted, and there are two bags of Sweet Dreams in it. She says it does help to sleep better.
